Todd Whalon didn’t set out to change his career path. He just wanted to run a 5K with his wife, but it turned into so much more. When Todd started training for the 5K, he noticed he started feeling better. He also noticed that he started dropping weight. He had picked up an extra 50 pounds after college that he was finally losing. From there, Todd just embraced his fitness plan and decided to get a part time job at his local YMCA, in order to work out. Pretty soon he was helping other people work out and his business was born.
