You’ve Been Invited — Team Podcast
Why you

Your name came up because of what you’ve built.

We produce podcasts for business leaders. Part of our job is finding guests whose work is worth a conversation — people who’ve built something, run something, or figured something out that others in their field would want to hear about.

That’s the whole reason. There’s no list you were bought from, and nothing you did to trigger it. A producer looked at your work and thought it would make a good episode.

What happens next

Three steps. About an hour of your time, total.

  1. A short call with the producer

The person who invited you. A quick conversation to make sure the fit is right and to hear what you’d want to talk about.

15 minutes · the booking link is in your invitation
  2. The recorded conversation

Thirty minutes with the host, on video, from wherever you are. You’ll have the questions in advance. It’s a conversation, not an interrogation.

30 minutes · we handle the tech
  3. Your episode, delivered

We edit and publish it. You get the full episode and short clips, ready to share with your own network.

Nothing to sign up for · nothing to pay

The producer who invited you sent a booking link for step one. If you can’t find it, just reply to their email.

The questions people ask.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. We’re paid by the podcast’s host to produce the podcast. Finding good guests is part of that job. You pay nothing, you sign nothing, and you get the episode and clips to use however you like.

Who is the host?

The person interviewing you runs a company that works with businesses like yours — the producer will tell you who, and you’ll see the podcast before you agree to anything. The conversation is about your work, not theirs. Nobody is going to pitch you.

Will I be sold to?

No. Not on the producer call, not on the recording. If the host ever wants to talk business, it’ll be a separate conversation you can say no to — and we’d rather lose the follow-up than have you feel the invitation was a trick.

Why do I need a call with the producer first?

So the episode is worth your time. The producer confirms the fit, hears what you’d want to cover, and briefs the host — which is why the recording feels like a conversation rather than a list of questions.

Can I see the questions in advance?

Yes. You’ll have them before the recording. Nothing is a surprise.

What do I actually get?

The finished episode on every major podcast platform, plus short-form clips cut from your best moments, captioned and ready for LinkedIn. Most guests use them for months.

Can I approve what goes out?

If there’s something you’d rather not have published, say so on the producer call or after the recording. We’d rather cut it than have you regret it.

I’ve never been on a podcast.

Most of our guests hadn’t. You’ll be prepped, you’ll have the questions, and the host’s job is to make you sound good. That’s the point of the podcast.
