Patricia Lecy-Davis did her time in the corporate world and she began to feel like she couldn’t fully embrace the values of the company she worked for anymore. She struck out on her own and established Embellish Multi-Space Salon. She was finally able to control the culture and the values of her company. Patricia reached out to different business owners within the community and asked for help and they responded. Years later, she is still going strong and creating a unique customer focused concept in her salon. This isn’t the same salon your Mother went to! Patricia holds her employees accountable to the highest level of customer service, so much so, that everyone in the company has one title – Daymaker!
