How long does it take to get started?

When you sign up for Team Podcast, your confirmation email has a link to schedule your initial meeting with your account manager.  As soon as you schedule that meeting, Team Podcast will begin working for you.

 

What if I don’t need all of the services you provide?

We understand that each podcast is at a different place.  We will work on only the tasks that you want us to.

 

If I don’t need all the services when I sign up, can I add them later?

Always!  The moment you are ready to off-load another task to Team Podcast, simply contact your account manger and we can add that task to our workload for you.

 

How can I be sure that Team Podcast does work that is up to my standards?

You always have full control over the work we do for you.  If you want to approve our work for each task prior to publishing any of our work, we will be glad to get your approval.  If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy and meet your standards.  If it means we have to send work back for more edits, then we will.  You must be happy with our work, or we won’t be happy with it either!

 

Do I have to stay with the Team Podcast service for a certain amount of time?

No, you are free to cancel at any time.  You are not obligated in any way for any length of time.  By allowing you to cancel your service at any time, we have to earn your business each and every month.  There is no better way to ensure that we have a completely satisfied customer!

 

Can you accommodate special requests and different requirements for my podcast?

We understand that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” solution for providing podcast support.  We are happy to conform to your special needs and requests for your podcast.  Our staff is ready to work with you to make sure we do things just like you would.  By the way, if you have a special request, we aren’t going to charge you more to do the task, as long as it falls within the skill set of our team.  If we can’t do something exactly like you want, we will let you know what we can do to meet your needs.

 

I need a task done that is not on your list.  Can you do it for me?

Anytime you have a request that is within the skill set of our team, we will be glad to provide it to you at no additional charge.  We will also use these requests to help identify additional services that we need to add to our packages.  When we add additional services, they will be included in your monthly services at no additional charge.

 

How long is the price good for?

The price you pay when you sign up is locked in for the life of your account.  Prices may change in the future, but you will always be locked in to the original price you agreed to when you sign up.

 

Do you have an affiliate program?

We are currently working on an affiliate program and we will be glad to let all of our current customers know when this program is available.

 

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the service?

You can cancel your service with no obligation any time you wish.  When you cancel, we will not bill you for future months.  We will not issue refunds for previous months or partial months when the service is canceled.
