A week after the soft launch and Christy has learned one thing…….samples will be the key to her businesses success. She has given away nearly 500 Cryopop samples down at Mallory Square as she tried to build her business. Now she grapples with the issue of turning a large portion of the samplers into buyers. Because Cryopop is frozen, giving out samples is a challenge. It must be consumed immediately. If not, the impression of the product is terrible. At the same time, many will try and only some will buy. Now she has to figure out who the buyers are and who can be influenced to buy. This is going to become an experiment in human behavior.
