It is hard to believe that many of our unconscious habits can either set us up for success or failure.  Many of us start our day on someone else’s terms, not on our own.  This sets up our day to be on someone else’s terms, not ours.  

Christy has the same struggles as everyone else in achieving a proper work life balance.  Even just having the time to incorporate fitness and meditation into her schedule was a challenge.  

After reading The Miracle Morning, by Hal Elrod, Christy decided to take action.  Doing a 30 day challenge to test the impact of new habits on your life is a reasonable step.  Christy is incorporating exercise and meditation in her morning routine for 30 days.  It should be very easy to measure the impact of these small changes.
