When your business is doing well, it doesn’t mean that there aren’t areas to improve.
Maybe it’s just me, but I am constantly fiddling with things. I can’t help myself. Many times, I am doing it to try to drive a positive change in revenue. Other times I am trying to lower my cost or create something that tastes incredible, and sometimes it is to become more efficient or solve a problem that I have just been dealing with.
It is important to continue fine tuning your business. It keeps your creativity working and it opens you up to new possibilities.
