The seat next to the host. We put your ideal buyer in it: an invitation to be interviewed about what they’ve built, which gets a yes where a pitch gets ignored.
Almost nobody has ever been asked to talk about their work in public. Being asked is flattering in a way a pitch never is. That’s the whole mechanism — and it’s why the reply rate isn’t comparable to cold outreach.
From a name on a list to a conversation on your calendar. All of it ours.
Six steps between “we’d like to talk to this person” and “they’re on my calendar Tuesday.” You approve the list and take the calls. We do everything in between.
A target list you approve first
- Built from the Blueprint: your named accounts first, then the wider pool that matches the profile
- Several hundred people, researched by us
- Nothing is sent until you’ve approved every name
Invitations from a named producer, by email
- From our Booking Desk — a real producer with a real name, on Team Podcast’s email, not yours and not a fake assistant
- A producer inviting a VP onto a podcast outranks a founder emailing a VP for a meeting
- Nothing is sent as you. Nobody is pitched. The invitation is exactly what it says.
Every reply handled
- Questions about the podcast, scheduling, rescheduling, “who else has been on” — all ours
- You’re never in the thread
- Replies land in our system; you see the outcome in Call Sheet
A producer vets every guest before they’re booked
- A 15-minute call, producer to guest. You’re not on it — that’s what keeps your time to about two hours a month
- Confirms they match your ideal customer, hears what they’d want to cover, briefs them on the podcast
- If they’re not a fit, we say so kindly and keep the relationship intact
A confirmed recording on your calendar
- Booked on your availability, with the guest brief and suggested questions attached
- You show up. Thirty minutes. No pitch.
- Producer marks it shown or no-show afterward — that’s how the guarantee is counted
Off-Mic coaching
- The conversation after the recording, where the deal actually starts
- We coach the useful, no-strings follow-up — a resource, a diagnostic, a second conversation about something they raised
- Not left to you to figure out
LinkedIn outreach alongside email
- For markets where your buyers live on LinkedIn more than in their inbox
- Same producer, same list, a second channel
- Available when you need it
Your own invite link
- A link you can send to anyone you already know — past clients, partners, people you meet
- They book the vetting call in one click and flow into the same system
- Fill the guest seat from your own network as well as ours
The conversation after the recording. On-mic, nobody sells. Off-mic, you offer something useful with no strings — and that’s where the deal starts. We coach it.
Three reasons a producer’s invitation works where a founder’s email doesn’t.
A dedicated production team inviting someone onto a podcast reads as a media outlet, not a vendor. Your buyer infers you’re serious before they’ve met you.
The guest knows exactly what they’re agreeing to. No manufactured familiarity, no pretend assistant, no bait-and-switch. The relationship starts on the right terms.
A legitimate invitation from a named producer outperforms cold outreach from an unknown individual. Decision makers who delete sales emails answer podcast invitations — because the offer is genuinely different.
Guest booking versus an SDR, a cold-email tool, or an appointment setter.
Same goal — conversations with your buyers. Fundamentally different first contact.
| Guest Booking | Outsourced SDR | Cold email tool | Appointment setter | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First contact | An invitation to be interviewed | A cold pitch | A cold sequence | A cold call |
| Who ends up in the room | Your approved list, vetted one by one | Whoever replies | Whoever replies | Whoever agrees |
| Reply rate | A podcast invitation, not a pitch | Around 3% get any reply | Around 3% get any reply | Low, and falling |
| Relationship on day one | Peer to peer, 30 minutes, recorded | Vendor to prospect | Vendor to prospect | Vendor to prospect |
| Guarantee | Ten every 90 days. Any we miss, we make up. | Sometimes, on activity | None | Sometimes, on activity |
| What you also get | An episode, clips, and content your guest shares | Nothing | Nothing | Nothing |
| Your time | About two hours a month | Managing them | Running it | Managing them |
Questions, answered.
Why would a senior person say yes?
Almost nobody has been interviewed about the thing they’ve spent fifteen years building. Being asked is flattering in a way a pitch never is. We’re offering something, not asking for something.
Do you use my name or my email?
No. Invitations come from a named Team Podcast producer on our Booking Desk. Your top-tier names — people you already know — get a personal note from you instead.
What does “vetted” actually mean?
A producer has spoken to them, confirmed they match the ideal customer in your Blueprint, and briefed them on the podcast. Not a form. A conversation.
What happens on the recording if they’re not a buyer after all?
You still have a good episode with an interesting guest. But it doesn’t count toward your ten — the guarantee is written on your ideal customer, and the vetting call exists to catch this before it reaches your calendar.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. We guarantee the conversations. What you do with them is yours — and we coach it.
